Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We strive to deliver products purchased from Oh My Girl !! store in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. By making a payment for one or more items on our website, you are providing an agreement to our shipping policy.

DOMESTIC- 

  1. Shipping within India is free on all purchases

  2. Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days across India. The customer will be informed about the approximate time of delivery after the placement of her/his order.

  3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at mailtoanvitafashions@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

  4. In case the ordered item(s) do(es) not reach the customer within 2 weeks of our having shipped, we will offer a full refund, provided any tracking information does not show that delivery was attempted at the customer's doorstep. However, in the case of packages for which we are unable to find tracking information for the package, we will assume in good faith that the package delivery was not attempted and we will refund the entire amount after 2 weeks from our shipping date.

  5. In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, we will be able to offer a partial refund after deduction of the charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped.

  6. When returned, our delivery partner would pick up the product from your doorstep.

  7. If you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges at actuals upon getting the receipt from the customer.

  8. In case of internal disturbances in the recipient destination (war, strife, riots, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the money if we feel that a package cannot be delivered safely.

  9. Any non-delivery complaints by buyers need to reach us within 3 weeks of our having dispatched your order. Any such complaints received after this time will not be taken up for consideration since shipping carriers usually do not accept requests for tracking status after this time period.


 

INTERNATIONAL-

  1. Currently, we are not taking International orders. We would update as and when we start the same.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

​

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery at exceptional circumstances decided by Oh My Girl management.

 

Refunds 

 

Once your return is received and approved as per our inspection, we will send you an email/ WhatsApp to notify you of the refunded amount (whether full or partial). A refund would be initiated from our end within 5 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Clearance Sale items

​

No refund would be applicable on clearance sale items. Exchange is only possible when next size is in stock.

Late or missing refunds 

​

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mailtoanvitafashions@gmail.com or courier to us at 9002, Sobha Aspire, Tumkur Road, Nagasandra, Bangalore -560073 (courier charges will be refunded)

Return Shipping

​

Items to be exchanged or returned would be done by our delivery partners.
